Avajaiset - Opening Ceremony

Korean päivä avataan su 5.10. klo 11 alkavalla avajaisseremonialla Hepokatti-salissa.
Avajaisissa esiintyy mm. korealainen nukketeatterienseble "Kkjacidong", ja pääset kokemaan pienen maistiaisen heidän Wolmadeyon -esityksestään, jonka voi nähdä myös klo 16.00 Hällä-näyttämöllä. Lisätietoja esityksestä täällä.
Lisäksi avajaisissa esiintyvät Sejong Culture Academyn Master Class - k-poptanssiryhmät, jotka ovat harjoitelleet yhdessä New Jeansin "ETA" ja "Supershy" -kappaleet.
Ryhmiä Master classilla on opettanut Kim Seo-ah – K-pop-tanssin ammattilainen ja arvostettu korealainen koreografi. Hän on kouluttanut tulevia tähtiä myös SM Entertainmentin Training Unitissa, tanssinut taustalla huippusuositulle NewJeansille, sekä toiminut käytännön tanssin professorina Sejong Universityssa. Lisäksi hän opettaa Baekseok Arts Universityssa ja luo koreografioita muun muassa Urbanplay- ja Feedback Dance Studioille. Lisätietoja Sejong Culture Academystä täällä.

Korean Day will open on Sunday, October 5 at 11:00 with an opening ceremony in the Hepokatti Hall.
The ceremony will feature the Korean puppet theater ensemble “Kkjacidong”, offering audiences a sneak peek of their performance Wolmadeyon. The full performance can also be seen at 16:00 on the Hällä Stage. More information about the performance is available here.
In addition, the opening will showcase the Sejong Culture Academy’s Master Class K-pop dance groups, who have prepared special performances of NewJeans’ hit songs “ETA” and “Super Shy.”
The groups have been trained by Kim Seo-ah, a professional K-pop dancer and highly respected Korean choreographer. She has trained future stars at SM Entertainment’s Training Unit, performed as a backup dancer for the mega-popular NewJeans, and worked as a professor of practical dance at Sejong University. She also teaches at Baekseok Arts University and creates choreography for renowned studios such as Urbanplay and Feedback Dance Studio. More information about Sejong Culture Academy here.
